Walking distance from Uspenski Cathedral, but apartment itself was hot and logistically hard to get to (gates, elevator,
Positive: Location, view, and communication with the host.
Negative: It was very hot! Fans were provided but didn’t do much. Couldn’t figure out how to open one window and didn’t open the second window due to bugs.

ヘルシンキに来たらまた泊まりたいです。
Positive: バルコニーの景色が素晴らしい。建物もレトロで周囲の建物も含めて、素敵な景観。スーパーマーケットやレストランもあり、数日間自炊とサウナライフを満喫。路面電車の位置もほど近い。大聖堂など観光地も周りにあります。

Negative: L'appartement est noté pour 2 chambres et 4 lits. Dans la réalité, il y a une chambre et un salon ce qui n'est du tout pas adapté pour 4 adultes. Notre contact n'est pas propriétaire de l'appartement mais locataire et assure une sous location. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec les toilettes qui n'évacuaient pas le jour du 31/12. La locataire nous a dit ne pas pouvoir nous aider, a recommandé que nous allions aux toilettes dans les cafés et précisé que tous les frais liés à l'intervention d'un plombier seraient à nos frais. The apartment is rated for 2 bedrooms and 4 beds. In reality, there is a bedroom and living room which is not at all suitable for 4 adults. Our contact is not the owner of the apartment but tenant and ensures a sub-rental. We had a problem with the toilets not being flushed on 31/12. The tenant told us that she could not help us, recommended that we go to the restroom in the cafes and stated that all costs related to a plumber’s intervention would be at our expense.
